Streetlight maintenance. Bids may be modified or withdrawn by written request of the bidder received in the office of the City Clerk, prior to the time and date for bid opening; provided, however, that no bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of forty five (45) days from the date set for the opening thereof. All bidders agree that rejection shall create no liability on the part of the city because of such rejection. It is understood by all bidders that an unsuccessful bidder has no cause of action against the city for bid preparation costs. The filing of any bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the bidder to these conditions. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Event Bid Date Notes : All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the City Clerk of Overland Park, Kansas, and marked "BID FOR: STREETLIGHT MAINTENANCE."
