This project is for furnishing to the Department of Water and Power, for a one-time purchase, transformer, 33.8kV to 12.47kV, 18/24/30-MVA, 3-phase, for DS-29, in accordance with the bid specifications and other identified documents. Responses must be submitted through the ERSP system with prices entered directly into the ERSP system. All questions should be submitted through the ERSP 'Q & A' section. Bidders must access and download mandatory bidding forms and important bid documents located on the "Vendor Checklist" page of ERSP by creating a bid response. The list of attachments in the vendor checklist are part of the bid. The attached IFB No. 8059 is made a part of the bid. The scope includes the furnishing and delivery to LADWP, f.o.b. transformer pad, 1630 North Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012, in accordance with IFB Number 8059. The primary item is a power transformer (33.8kV delta-connected primary, 12.47kV wye-connected secondary, ONAN/ONAF/ONAF, de-energized tap changer on primary and on-load tap changer on secondary, primary and secondary cable termination cabinets, 55C rise, 55-dB(A) audible sound level, furnished with oil and three cable connectors). Optional items include spare parts, parts for cable connectors, fan and motor assembly, high and low voltage bushings, pressure relief devices, gasket sets, nitrogen regulator, charges for manufacturer representative services, and transportation or freight charges. Bid pricing must account for all mandatory and optional items as listed. Mandatory forms must be submitted as instructed.
