Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Agassiz, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Correctional Services Canada, has a construction requirement for upgrading HVAC equipment in Building K of the Mountain Institution located at 4732 Cemetery Road, Agassiz, BC. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Phased installation of new AC/Split Units, refrigerant piping and condensate neutralizer in the kitchen area. Phased demolition of existing MUA-1 and MUA-2 and installation of the new units on roof. Phased demolition of existing HV-1 and HV-2 and installation of the new units on roof.
