Renovation of a civil project in Agassiz, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Skawahlook First Nation (Skawahlook) is completing upgrades to the Ruby Creek IR4 water system as the existing system does not meet current level of service standards and cannot meet future community demands. The upgraded water system will include a prefabricated water treatment plant (WTP) and booster station, back up power supply, two new wells, a reservoir, a supply and distribution network, and an upgraded non-potable fire distribution network. To facilitate the progression of the project, Skawahlook has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the supply and delivery of a prefabricated WTP, booster station, and generator. The scope of work includes the design and supply of the treatment process, process piping, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical/instrumentation, plumbing and generator. Decommissioning of the existing system, site preparation and construction and connection to the distribution system will be completed by others as part of the Supply and Distribution Network Project.
