Reference Number 0000304282 The Work of this Contract is to: purchase of replacement pumps and associated parts. The Work shall consist of the supply of various safety products, which are listed in the Price Schedule, on an "as required" basis. Products not listed in the Price Schedules but within the scope of the work ("off-basket product") may also be purchased under this Contract at the applicable percentage discount off manufacturer's published list price or cost plus factor. The term of the contract is for a period of up to two (2) years, with the option to extend for up to three (3) additional one (1)-year periods, commencing on the date of award. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
