Renovation of an educational facility in Niles, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Provide a plan to heat the building. Remove and properly dispose of existing boilers. Provide and install (2) Fulton EXE-750 Condensing Boilers, built and certified to ASME Code, with specified controls and features. Provide and install combustion venting through sidewall with Duarvent Duraseal Venting. Include all necessary pipe, valves, and fittings for the new boilers, electrical, insulation for new piping, wall patching and caulking, cranes and rigging, CSD-1 testing, owner training, permits. All temperature controls work must be provided by the Andy Egan Company. Bids must include a Sworn Statement Disclosing Familial Relationships and an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. A 25% Performance Bond and Payment Bond are required. Attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to receive bid packs. Substantial completion required by specified date.
