A. Location: The Work locations include, but are not limited to, locations within the rights-of-way on the following streets and easements in the City of Warwick, RI. 1. Northampton Drive 2. Lake Shore Street 3. Stanmore Road B. Work Included: The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Partial replacement of a. Three sewer pump stations including piping, site work, equipment systems, and electrical systems, as indicated on the Drawings; b. Pressure force main; c. Paving and site improvements; d. Other appurtenances as shown on the drawings and specified herein. 2. Partial demolition of: a. Existing ejector station equipment and associated electrical and instrumentation equipment, as indicated on the Drawings. 3. Installation of Owner purchased pump station skids, including coordination of delivery, onsite startup, and training. 4. Electrical demolition, temporary electrical work, permanent electrical work, and lighting. 5. Installation of SCADA system, including conduits, wiring, RTU's, and antennas. RTU's, antennas, and programming/configuration of the RTUs will be provided by others. 6. Furnishing and Installation of precast concrete riser support, associated PVC and ductile iron piping, fittings, pipe supports, and electrical work and control connections.
