Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Marshall, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The City of Marshall, Texas is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professionals for the LEAD SERVICE LINE REMOVAL PROJECT: RFQ-PW-2025.06. The services to be provided include planning, acquisition, design, and construction phase engineering services as necessary for the successful design and construction of various water, wastewater, and drainage system improvement projects for up to three years. The scope of work covers any financial assistance received from the Texas Water Development Board for three years from the contract award date, including funds from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, Clean Water State Revolving Fund, or any other TWDB financial assistance program. The City encourages qualified small business enterprise, minority business enterprise, and women-owned business enterprise firms to submit proposals. Proposals must be received by 10:00 am (Central Time) on October 20, 2025, with one original and three copies, all clearly marked with the RFQ number and description. An electronic copy should also be provided.
