**As of October 30, 2025, the project was awarded to Astro Turf, Corporation - 205,045.23 Marchuska Brothers - 16,411.21 As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, in accordance with amounts and terms described in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Questions from Bidders: All Requests for Information (RFI) shall be made in writing, via US mail or email only, addressed to: Ashley Architects, 125 East Jefferson Street, Syracuse, New York 13202. Attn.: Katrina Asay, email asay@ashleymcgraw.com If deemed necessary by the Architect, questions will be answered via a written Addendum sent to all Bidders. Questions will not be accepted orally in conversations or over the phone, and any non-written responses to such shall not be deemed valid. Doc note: Checks for deposit for Contract Documents shall be made payable to the Groton CSD (but delivered to Plan Holder). Checks for shipping and handling costs shall be made payable to the Plan Holder, or bidders may provide their own UPS or FedEx account number, or pick up documents in person. Cash is not acceptable as a deposit for Contract Documents. In lieu of (or in addition to) a PAPER set of Construction Documents, bidders may obtain electronic (PDF) files of all drawings and specifications, at a non-refundable cost set by the Plan Holder. Partial sets shall be obtained by interested parties, at their cost, with no money returned. It may be possible to view Documents free of charge at the online website. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within thirty (30) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof.
