Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Moose Pass, Alaska. Working plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
Project will replace Victor Creek Bridge #607, rehabilitate both bridges over Snow River (#605 & #603), rehabilitate the roadway and may include widening shoulders and the construction of passing lanes where feasible. Project is coordinated with, and will include the construction of, nonmotorized pathway facilities on and adjacent to the Snow River Bridge being done as an environmential mitigation project Work Type : Pavement Rehabilitation, Bridge Rehabilitation As of October 07, 2025, the project is in Final Planning status. Anticipated letting Year is 2025. AKDOT - Seward Highway Milepost 17-22.5 Rehabilitation *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP).
