The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as Owner, on behalf the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (Using Agency or ''GBI''), is seeking firms interested in providing Design Professional Services for a project known as Region 10 Investigative Office & Crime Science Garage located in Conyers, Georgia. October 22nd, 2025 2:00 PM Deadline for written questions Questions from Design Professionals about any aspect of the RFI, or the project, shall be submitted in writing (e-mail is preferable) to the Point of Contact The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) is seeking design services for a new Region 10 Investigative Office located in Conyers, Georgia. This facility will house Region 10 Investigative personnel, the Gang Task Force Unit, and other operationally complementary units. The preliminary Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) or construction cost of the Project is estimated at $50,000,000. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
