Intent to Bid Due Date: Oct 30th 2025, 2:00 PM CDT Questions Due Date: Oct 23rd 2025, 4:00 PM CDT Questions are to be sent to purchasing@friscotexas.gov The City of Frisco is seeking bids for erosion mitigation at three separate sites located in Frisco, Texas. The three sites are all defined as bridges and are identified in Exhibit B. The project will include traffic control, rip-rap placement, guardrail replacement, pavement marking placement, pressure grouting, and pavement crack sealing. Anticipated Notice to Proceed: December 1, 2025 Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check upon a national bank, or a bid bond from a reliable surety company in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond and a payment bond within (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. A performance bond will be required for all contracts over $100,000.00 and a payment bond will be required for all contracts over $50,000.00 (both payment and performance bonds are to be in the full contract amount). A five percent (5%) BID BOND or CASHIERS CHECK must be submitted with the bid package. The total budget for this contract is not to exceed $825,000. One hundred eighty (180) calendar days are allotted for the completion of this contract.
