Renovation of a municipal facility in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,475-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade municipal facility.
AUI Partners, LLC, requests proposals from subcontractors for the Town of Little Elm Animal Shelter Renovation & Expansion located in Little Elm, Texas. Subcontractor proposals will be received on behalf of the Town of Little Elm by AUI Partners at their office in Fort Worth, Texas, by 5pm CST, Wednesday, October 29th, 2025. Proposals may be hand delivered, mailed, or emailed to the address provided. Proposal documents may be reviewed on SmartBid, at the offices of AUI, or electronically by request. Minority-owned and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals and take advantage of this opportunity to be selected as a subcontractor or supplier for the referenced project. The proposed project is a renovation and expansion of the existing animal shelter facility. The existing structure will remain with a revised interior layout. The new addition will include dog kennels and associated support spaces. The project will include revised plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
