Reconstruct and upgrade the Sterling Highway from Anchor Point to Baycrest Hill, including highway widening, passing lanes, pavement improvements, scenic turnouts, drainage improvements, and road realignments to meet current design standards. Replace Anchor River culverts (#4020) with a new bridge over the North Fork Anchorage River (#1937) and replace the South Fork Anchorage River Bridge (#666).
