Renovation of a conference / convention center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade conference / convention center.
The project has been cancelled Sealed bids are requested for the Concession Stand Walk-In Cooler Equipment Replacements at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. The contract will be held with the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids on the provided Bid form. A ten percent (10%) surety is required with all bids, in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check. All bidders must submit a Letter of Assent to the Project Labor Agreement, a Certificate of MBE/WBE Participation, and a Solicitation Statement. The project has goals of 25% MBE and 10% WBE participation. Other requirements include submission of a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Public Works Employment Verification Form. The approximate value of the project is $36,000. The work consists of replacing evaporators, condensing units, and all appurtenances for concession stand walk-in cooler equipment in three locations at the David L.
