Station 27 is a brand-new Fire & Rescue station planned to house a pumper and an ALS ambulance. Twenty-four-hour career staffing will be provided for both units. The building will include sleeping quarters, a kitchen and dayroom, a physical fitness room, a training room, and offices. The station is planned to include three apparatus bays and an area for personal protective equipment. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, facilities, management, surveys, testing, and services necessary to accomplish the project requirements documented in the bid documents. The Contractor shall deliver the required Construction Credits & Prerequisites to achieve Gold Certification. This includes delegated design, permitting and delivery of the roof-mounted photo-voltaic system.
