Renovation of a parking garage in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade parking garage.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Question Deadline 10/21/2025 at 2:30 PM ET It is recommended that bidders submit all inquiries regarding this bid via the City eProcurement Portal, Alternatively, questions may be sent via email to purchase@syr.gov. Event bid note: *** If you choose to submit a bid online, you are required to attach a digital copy of your notarized bid bond within your submission. The original must still be sent to the City of Syracuse Division of Purchase prior to the bid opening. A hard copy of the bid bond (original required) must be received by 2:30 PM on the day of opening and can be mailed or hand delivered to our office. Doc note: Printed sets of plans and specifications for the work under this contract shall only be obtained from the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, Division of Purchase upon deposit of a new check or money order in the amount of $75.00, payable to the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Syracuse. Checks transferred from other jobs will not be accepted. To have bid documents mailed, you must provide your Fed Ex account number. Your account will be billed directly for the mailing.
