The scope of work includes replacement of boilers, pumps, glycol feed unit, system glycol, breeching, and appurtenances; replacement of unit ventilators; replacement of emergency battery lighting fixtures; addition of lighting fixtures to meet NFPA 101 requirements; replacement of gymnasium lighting; and associated general, plumbing, and electrical construction to support these items.
