Renovation of a mixed-use development in Glens Falls, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Scope of Work related to the public-school building in this Project includes but is not limited to; Replacement of boilers, pumps, glycol feed unit, system glycol, breeching, and appurtenances; Replacement of unit ventilators; Replacement of emergency battery lighting fixtures; Add additional lighting fixtures to meet NFPA 101 requirements; Replacement of gymnasium lighting; Associated general, plumbing, and electrical construction to support the above listed scope items. Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form ,per the terms indicated in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45)daysfollowingthereceiptofBids.TheOwnermay,initssolediscretion,rejectany Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. The Glens Falls Common School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, and/or to reject all Bids without explanation. It is the intention of this Project to be both environmentally and fiscally conscious of paper use and consumption. Therefore, documents will be distributed as digital sets. Bidding Documents, Drawings, and Specifications may be viewed online free of charge at online or electronically downloaded fora non-refundable fee of one-hundred dollars($100.00). 211-2402 All work will be required to be completed no later than 09/04/26
