Question Deadline 11/05/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Answers Due Date 11/07/2025 02:00 PM (PT) All questions submitted prior to the Question cut-off will be answered no later than three (3) business days before proposals are due. Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the Washoe Hydroelectric Powerhouse Improvements - CMAR Services. The project consists of demolition of the existing powerhouse and the construction of a new powerhouse with concrete lower level that will house new turbine generators, switchgear, and electrical controls. Further work includes the replacement of the transformer, penstock interconnect, and general site improvements. Please see the Activities tab for details regarding the mandatory site visit. All content viewed and/or downloaded is consider confidential information and shall be used by the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating and potentially submitting a bid for the Project, and not in any way detrimental to TMWA.
