Site work for a water / sewer project in Ely, Nevada. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
As of October 10, 2025. Project is on hold and will likely rebid in the spring of 2026. Sealed proposals will be received for the construction of the 7th Street Drainage Project, PWP# WP-2025-484, CDBG Funded Project 25/PF/01. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope endorsed with the project name and number. Bidders must use the proposal form provided by the Engineering Department and include a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. All bonds must be executed by a corporate surety company authorized to do business in the State of Nevada. Bidders must hold a valid contractor's license at the time of bidding and a valid City Business License before beginning construction. Minimum wage rates as set forth in the Contract Documents must be observed. The City of Ely reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid items, waive minor technicalities, and make the award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on price, performance, qualifications, and quality of services, supplies, materials, or equipment offered, as well as their adaptability to the required purposes and the public's best interest.
