The City of Ely (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals to provide professional services for the Security Cameras Installation Project, including system configuration, equipment procurement, system installation, system testing, system training and support services. Submitted proposals will be opened at City Hall immediately after the published deadline for acceptance of said proposals. Pursuant to NRS 333.335(7), each submitted proposal is confidential and may not be disclosed until the contract is awarded by the Ely City Council. The City is seeking a firm to provide professional installation of security/surveillance cameras at the City of Ely's facilities and public parks in the City of Ely and install the related monitoring system. There will be security camerasinstalled at the following locations: City Hall, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Animal Control Facility Landfill, Seven Well Pump Houses and seven public parks in the City of Ely, along with a monitoring system. (b) This Request for Proposals (RFP) consists of the RFP cover page/legal notice and Sections 1.0 through 2.0 of this document, including forms and exhibits. The Instructions to Offerors are set forth in Section 2.0 must be followed completely in order for the submitted RFP to be given full consideration for the award. The Scope of Services is set forth as attached in Exhibit A. (c) A successful Offeror will further need to provide appropriate insurance documentation in a form substantially similar to that provided in Exhibit C at the time of award. Use of the word "contract" in this RFP does not imply any obligation on the part of the City of Ely to enter into a Contract. (d) Such individual(s) must actually be employed by the consulting firm that is submitting the RFP for consideration by the City.
