Site work for a golf course in Ely, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
Sealed proposals are invited for the construction of a new irrigation well at the golf course (PWP# WP-2026-309). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, endorsed as specified, and must include a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. All bonds must be executed by a corporate surety company authorized to do business in Nevada. Bids must be on the provided proposal form, and bidders are required to hold a valid contractor's license and a City Business License before starting construction. Minimum wage rates as determined by the State Labor Commissioner apply, and no wage rates shall be less than those prescribed. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items, waive minor technicalities, and award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, which will be judged based on price, compliance to specifications, qualifications, quality, utility, adaptability, and the best public interest. Bid documents are available from the specified engineering office for a nonrefundable fee.
