Sealed proposals are solicited for the construction of the Morley Avenue Water Upgrade Project, PWP# WP-2026-139, CDBG Funded Project 24/PF/01. Bidders must submit bids in a sealed envelope endorsed with the project name and number. Proposals must be received by the specified deadline; late submissions will not be accepted and bidders mailing proposals assume the risk of late delivery. Bids must be prepared on the provided proposal form and accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. All bonds, including bid bonds, must be executed by a corporate surety company authorized to conduct business in Nevada. The contract was awarded to O'Flaherty Plumbing and Heating, the second lowest bidder, because the lowest bidder submitted a bid packet missing some of the required forms.
