Question Cut Off Date: 10/10/2025 04:00:00 PM (ET) The City of Columbus expressly reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. The signed Quote Form will be the contract. You are required to submit a fully executed Comprehensive Compliance Form (CCF) along with the contract. You are required to submit a copy of the Certificate of Liability Insurance with the quote. Insurance coverage is required in the amount of not less than Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) for any one person, nor less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for any one accident. Failure to complete projects on time will result in the deduction of $100 per calendar day, not counting weekends and holidays, as liquidated damages, from any money due the Contractor. Contractor will be required to obtain a Request for Special Use of Right of Way for any street, traffic lane, alley, parking space or sidewalk closure.
