Reference Number 0000400827 Bid Intent Not Available The 2025 Fairgrounds ADA Parking project consists of removing existing sidewalks, rails, trees per Engineered Plans. Removing and installing new septic tank line from indoor arena to septic tank. Installing drainage as required in Engineered Plans. Excavating and installing new subgrade, Concrete and HMA Pavement per Engineered Plans. Installing and painting any necessary pipe, wheel stops, Concrete per Engineered Plans. Location of project is the North and West Sides of the Indoor Arena at the Montezuma County Fairgrounds located at 30100 US Hwy. 160, Cortez, Colorado. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked on the outside with, "BID - 2025 Fairgrounds ADA Parking Project" and with the bidder's name. The County reserves the right to waive any formality or any informality in the process of awarding a bid. The county reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, and to reject any or all bids if it is deemed in the best interest of the County to do so. Question Deadline 10/31/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to the County Fairgrounds Manager at 109 West Main Street, Room 260, Cortez, CO 81321 or via email at jmcguire@co.montezuma.co.us . Questions received five or more days prior to date for opening of bids will be given consideration.
