Awarded GC contracts are as follows: Cedarbrook Middle School Improvements General Construction Project to Twining Construction Inc. at a total cost of $9,983,043. Glenside Elementary School Improvements General Construction Project to Uhrig Construction Co. at a total cost of $3,765,000 Cheltenham School District is soliciting bids for two projects: 1. Glenside Elementary School New Additions, with contracts for General Construction, Plumbing Construction, HVAC Construction, and Electrical Construction. 2. Cedarbrook Middle School Renovations and New Additions, with contracts for General Construction, Plumbing Construction, HVAC Construction, and Electrical Construction. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked to identify the project and delivered by traceable means. Bids are to be hand delivered or sent to the specified district address. Drawings, specifications, and addenda are available online via Procore for all prime bidders and their subcontractors and vendors upon registering. Bidders are responsible for checking the online platform for updates. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
