Valve Inspection, Testing and Condition Assessment of Valves(4-inch to 12-inch or Less Than 16-inch) Prospective bidders will be required to submit a valid fax number where addenda can be sent. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, made payable to the order of the City of Newark. The guarantee of the successful bidder will be returned upon execution of the contract. All guarantees of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon award of contract to the successful bidder. Bid date notes: No bids will be accepted after the bid opening has commenced. Bids must be prepared and submitted using the standard Proposal Form that is provided in the bid document package.
