Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seabrook, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Seabrook operates the existing wastewater treatment facility located on Main Street under permit number WQ0010671001. The existing plant is no longer in use as the City's new Pine Gully Wastewater Treatment Plant (PGWWTP) is fully operational. The demolition project will include the removal of all existing structures, excluding the existing lift station site which will remain in service. These structures include: aeration basins, digester basins, a decommissioned tank, clarifier tanks, chlorine building, and control building as well as concrete pavement that provides access to these structures. The piping to these facilities shall be disconnected as shown on the plans and removed. The site requires excavation of 4' depth of the material under the structures with final grading as shown on the plans. The proposed improvements at the existing lift station site will include chain link fencing and gates, a new driveway, sidewalk improvements, and the relocation of the odor vent piping.
