Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Frisco, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,458-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 10/29/2025 Submit questions about the meaning or intent of the Proposal Documents, Addenda, and the related supplemental data to Brenda Contreras at bcontreras@plummer.com. All inquiries must be received no later than 5 days prior to the date for submittal of SOQs and Proposals. The CMAR Contract will include the following services and Work Construction of an additional water treatment facility adjacent to the existing Well 7 location, inclusive of a new building, GAC media pressure vessels for PFAS reduction, associated piping and equipment, associated electrical and instrumentation, approximately 150 linear feet of 8-inch buried pipe, 260 linear feet of 6-inch buried pipe, manholes, two chemical storage rooms, a new gravel driveway, site improvements, and piping modifications at the existing Well 7 facility. This project may receive funding from the Colorado State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) program and bidder's attention is called to the SRF requirements included in the RFP package. The contract includes Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements and goals. Certified DBEs are encouraged to bid. This project is for the construction of a new PFAS treatment facility, adjacent to the Town of Frisco's Well #7 facility. Well #7 is a high-production facility for the Town's water system but has been offline for several years due to PFAS being detected during voluntary testing. The Water Division seeks to complete this project to bring Well #7 back into service with the new treatment in place, ensuring safe and reliable drinking water for citizens and guests. Bidding instructions are outlined in the project documents available for download. Additional bidding documents that define the proposal are required for submission.
