The CMAR Contract will include the following services and Work Construction of an additional water treatment facility adjacent to the existing Well 7 location, inclusive of a new building, GAC media pressure vessels for PFAS reduction, associated piping and equipment, associated electrical and instrumentation, approximately 150 linear feet of 8-inch buried pipe, 260 linear feet of 6-inch buried pipe, manholes, two chemical storage rooms, a new gravel driveway, site improvements, and piping modifications at the existing Well 7 facility. This project may receive funding from the Colorado State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) program and bidder's attention is called to the SRF requirements included in the RFP package. The contract includes Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements and goals. Certified DBEs are encouraged to bid. This project is for the construction of a new PFAS treatment facility, adjacent to the Town of Frisco's Well #7 facility. Well #7 is a high-production facility for the Town's water system but has been offline for several years due to PFAS being detected during voluntary testing. The Water Division seeks to complete this project to bring Well #7 back into service with the new treatment in place, ensuring safe and reliable drinking water for citizens and guests.
