Work may include, but is not limited to, installation of protected bicycle lanes, pedestrian safety improvements such as speed lumps and raised crosswalks and intersections, traffic signals, sidewalk and curbing work, road paving and striping, and drainage improvements. Work shall be divided into multiple project areas and bid out as designs become available. The City will solicit either unit price or lump sum bids for each task order from all contractors qualified under this procurement. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Public Right-Of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG) compliance will be required for all improvements. The City will qualify multiple responsive, qualified and experienced contractors under this contract for consideration of future work. The contract shall be effective for the grant timeline, through January 31st, 2029.
