Site work and environmental remediation for a residential development in Princeton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade residential development.
Grading for Nicholson Ranch Phase 4B - Construction of grading improvements to serve Nicholson Ranch Phase 4B as illustrated on the construction drawings provided. Sealed bids are requested for grading work necessary for Nicholson Ranch Phase 4B Improvements for Grading. Bids must be addressed to the Collin County Municipal Utility District No. 6 and submitted in person to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., 400 N. Oklahoma Drive, Suite 105, Celina, Texas 75009. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the same location and via teleconference. There is no option for online bidding; submissions must be delivered in person. No cost estimate is available for this project. Q/A:- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received after the deadline, October 24, 2025, at 12:00pm. will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. a. Located within Collin County Municipal Utility District No. 6, south of Lavon Trail Parkway between CR 483 and FM 2755. b. Approximately 95,000 CY excavation grading improvements. c. Contractor to use the Bid Bond form provided in the Bid Book. d. Construction water available via nearby Bear Creek SUD fire hydrant along Nicholson Ranch Trail or FM 2755. e. Geotechnical Report prepared by UES dated August 14, 2025. f. Construction staking to be coordinated by the Owner. g. Geotechnical materials testing to be coordinated by the Owner. i. Anticipated start date - 12/15/2025.
