Sealed bids are requested for grading work necessary for Nicholson Ranch Phase 4B Improvements for Grading. Bids must be addressed to the Collin County Municipal Utility District No. 6 and submitted in person to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., 400 N. Oklahoma Drive, Suite 105, Celina, Texas 75009. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the same location and via teleconference. There is no option for online bidding; submissions must be delivered in person.
