Renovation of a detention facility in Eagleville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
It shall be the intent of these specifications to furnish all labor and equipment required to install the units requested at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, in strict accordance with the bid specifications. G/H Housing Units (G1-3 & H1-3) New DX and Hot Water Coils and Condensing Units and HVAC Units for J/K Pod Housing Units (J1-6 & K1-6) Deliver the new units to the site the same day as the old unit is removed and crane unit into place. All new outdoor units will have the following: a. Phase monitor and low ambient controls b. Reconnect existing electrical with new outdoor fused disconnect with seal tight conduit and galvanized electrical conduit where applicable c. Reconnect Honeywell controls with new seal tight conduit d. Install new line sets for outdoor units to evaporator coils (Line sets will be ran along the wall of the catwalk into the mechanical room of each pod) e.
