This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Solid Waste Collection/Disposal (Non-Recyclables) and Collection/Disposal of Recyclables at Municipal Facilities, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Township of Loyalist is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide both Solid Waste Collection & Disposal of (non-Recyclables) and the collection and disposal of Municipal Facility Recycling Collection services under a single contract. The Contractor shall provide pricing for a 7-year term with the option for an additional 2-year extension. The Township will determine the extension period prior to the final contract term year and negotiate pricing with the contractor at that time for the additional 2-year term. The Contractor will be required to comply with all operational, reporting, and performance standards outlined in this document, including AVL, daily reporting, complaint resolution timelines, and other requirements designed to ensure efficient and transparent service delivery.
