Site work for a mixed-use development in Aurora, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The project is for the improvement of the existing football stadium at Waubonsie Valley High School. Work includes field turf installation, bleacher expansion, auxiliary buildings, and more. The scope covers General Trades, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Earthwork/Site Utilities, Concrete/Asphalt paving, Fencing, Masonry, and Landscaping. All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid payable to Indian Prairie School District 204. Contractors must guarantee their bid proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the value of the work. Compliance with Prevailing Wages for Cook County and all equal employment practices is required.
