The Georgia World Congress Center Authority ("GWCCA" or "GWCC") is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified General Contractors to provide Preconstruction Services and the opportunity to bid on Construction Services for the replacement of 10 rooftop air handling units (RTUs) that have reached the end of their life expectancy. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. The Authority retains the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or subsequent submittals and/or proposals, and to waive technicalities, irregularities, and informalities, and retains the right to cancel or conclude this procurement at any time without selecting a firm to provide the described services, without any liability to any respondents, or any other person or entity, and is under no obligation to make an award relating to this RFQ to any person or entity. The final terms of any Agreement for the project contemplated by this procurement will be determined by the Authority; subject, in all cases, to strict compliance with the applicable provisions of the laws of the State of Georgia. For violation of this restriction, the Authority reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending respondent. Scope of Services The selected General Contractor will provide comprehensive preconstruction services and be eligible to submit a final proposal for construction services. The contractor will work in close collaboration with the GWCCA Projects & Program Management and Facility Management Teams, the GWCCAs Owners Representative, and the selected Design Team.
