This is a Public Notice of Advertisement (PNA) to inform the consultant community of the upcoming RFQ opportunity. The full scope of work, instructions and requirements for the upcoming RFQ are to be posted as indicated on the attached PNA document. No questions or submittals are to be submitted this time. The Consultant shall provide engineering and other design services, as needed, in support of the design and development of transportation facilities, including highway construction, maintenance, and operational support for the Department under limited supervision on an on-call basis. The Prime Consultant MUST be prequalified by GDOT in the area class(es) listed below: Number Area Class 3.01 Two-Lane or Multi-lane Rural Roadway Design 4.02 Major Bridge Design Statement of Qualifications Due Date: December 19, 2025 From the advertisement date of this Public Notice Announcement, through the posting of the RFQ, until successful respondents are selected and the award is made official and announced, firms are not allowed to communicate about this PNA/RFQ Solicitation or scope with any staff of GDOT including the Commissioner and GDOT Board Members, except for the submission of questions as instructed in the upcoming Request for Qualifications, with the contact designated in the PNA/RFQ or as provided by any existing work agreement(s). For violation of this provision, GDOT reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending respondent.
