The City requires On-Call Materials Testing & Construction Inspection Consulting Services for grading, paving, minor concrete work, installation of irrigation and storm drainage pipe, welding, and other public works construction projects, occasional integrity/structural testing of existing infrastructure, and other related work. Qualified individuals or firms are requested to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that addresses their ability, availability, and experience in providing these services. Submission requires adherence to the City's standard Consultant Services Agreement, and all services provided will be according to the scope defined. Instructions to bidders: Submit one original, five identical copies, and one electronic copy on a flash drive of the SOQ in a sealed envelope labeled with the Respondent's name and return address, marked "SOQ for On-Call Materials Testing & Construction Inspection Consulting Services." Deliver to the City Clerk at 7000 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon, CA 94583. The SOQ may be hand-delivered, sent via overnight delivery, or by regular mail, and must be received by the City no later than the SOQ Deadline. Late submissions will be disregarded. Each SOQ must comply with all specified requirements, should not exceed thirty (30) one-sided pages (excluding tabs, dividers, and resumes in the appendix), and must remain a firm offer for 60 days following the SOQ Deadline. Do not attach brochures or promotional materials to the SOQ. Questions or requests for clarifications regarding the Project, the procedures, or any of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to Theresa Peterson, Program Manager at tpeterson@sanramon.ca.gov by November 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Questions received later will not be addressed.
