Site work for a water / sewer project in Othello, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Bids are being accepted for EL 80.6 Pumping Plant for the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District. Bids should include the bid schedule, material specifications, delivery instructions, all applicable sales tax, and delivery charges to the job site. Bids must be submitted with technical and dimensional information that verifies the materials meet the specified characteristics without voiding warranties or guarantees. The bid must include freight, state sales tax, and any other applicable taxes. Technical data demonstrating compliance with the specifications is required. Bids should be presented on the included bid schedule and cannot alter the specified quantities. In case of a discrepancy between unit price and total price, the total price will be used. Only sealed, clearly marked bids will be accepted, and faxed or emailed bids will not be considered. Bids will be reviewed for responsiveness and compliance. Selection will be made based on the lowest responsive bid, which must be complete, regular, and free of exclusions or alternative items unless requested. The District may accept or reject any bids and waive irregularities. Question Deadline 10/22/2025 interpretation, meaning, or intent of said Contract Documents, the Bidder should request of the District, in writing, at least five (5) working days prior to bid opening, a clarification thereof
