Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in New Albany, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are invited for materials and labor necessary for the construction of the turf and landscape maintenance program with snow removal in city parks. The work includes turfgrass management, turfgrass fertilization and weed control, plant and landscape bed maintenance, leaf removal, and snow removal. The project is estimated at $360,000.00 per year with alternate cost estimates based on five instances per year for specific locations. Bidders must furnish a Bid Guaranty as specified, provide evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and comply with prevailing wage requirements. Bids are to be submitted through Bid Express, and each proposal must list all parties interested. The project completion duration is three years, with an option for an additional two-year extension. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. Bidders must ensure nondiscrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
