If you are unable to quote, indicate 'NO BID' and return. The right is reserved to award the bid by item, on an all or none basis, to refuse all bids, and to waive technicalities. The contract period will be for one year, beginning the date of award and ending one year thereafter with an option to renew for additional two years, in one-year periods. The successful vendor shall provide all personnel, labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the services described herein. All turf areas shall be mowed to maintain neat, attractive and healthy conditions according to attached service schedules. All mowing equipment shall have sharp edges for clean cuts. Mowing patterns shall be changed regularly to avoid rutting.
