This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Kingston (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for site servicing for the new Household Hazardous Materials Handling Site at 189 Lappans Lane, Kingston, as further described in Part 2 - RFQ Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The purpose of this contract is to provide all civil construction and related services required to complete the proposed 189 Lappan's Lane Site Works project. The project is divided into three (3) phases as detailed in Part 2 of this RFQ. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to proceed with one (1), two (2), or all three (3) phases, and to award the work in any combination, based on its evaluation of submissions, budget availability, and project readiness.
