Question Deadline 10/31/2025 Questions and requests for clarifications will be answered if received in writing by the DCC Coordinator Contract Services at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date. Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting Contractors to submit Technical Submissions which meet the requirements specified in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document for the Fort Frederick Tower Restoration project located at CFB Kingston, Ontario. Information provided by the Tenderers will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFQ. The objective of this RFQ is for DCC to identify qualified Contractors that will subsequently be invited to submit a Tender (identified as Step 2) for the Work. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
