The City of Weed ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide inspection, maintenance, renovation, and certification services for five (5) municipal water storage tanks-Gazelle, Hillside 1, Hillside 2, South, and Bel Air Tanks. These tanks are critical assets in the City's water distribution system. This RFP intends to establish a multi-year contract to ensure all tanks are inspected and maintained in compliance with industry standards and upgraded to extend their useful life. Scope of Services The selected contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Inspections - Annual exterior and interior inspections are performed per AWWA C652. 2. Maintenance & Repairs - Routine and on-call maintenance, coating rehabilitation, foundation repairs, and lead-safe procedures. 3. Safety & Compliance Upgrades - Guardrails, safety climb cables, anti-vandalism fencing, OSHA compliance. 4. Documentation and Reporting - Maintain detailed inspection and maintenance records; submit annual progress reports. 5. Emergency Response - Provide emergency or urgent response services within 24 hours of the City's request.
