Project Description: Rides Mass Transit District (RMTD) invites vendors to submit bids for up to eleven (11) 2,500 gallon capacity double-walled above ground storage tanks and equipment and up to nine (9) fuel canopy systems. The fuel tanks and canopies will be located at several different facilities throughout RMTDs 17- county district. This project will provide a safer, more comfortable user experience while enhancing our brand profile across our service area. The intent in soliciting bids is to obtain cost savings and to allow for a competitive process while maintaining an acceptable level of quality. Evaluation: This is a best value procurement, and awards will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Anticipated Award Date: 01/02/26 Question Deadline 11/14/2025: All written questions and requests for clarification must be received by the deadline on the IFB schedule listed below.
