Paving and renovation of a municipal facility in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
The project includes the design and construction administration for the replacement of the existing roofing installed in 1993 on the low roof at City Hall, and the installation of a minimum 20-year-warrantied roof system. Incidental roof drainage and through-wall flashing are to be investigated. Proposals are requested for a full-service design and public bid project as indicated in the RFP. Consultants are asked to submit proposals for these architectural engineering services.
