Renovation of a stadium in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade stadium.
The project is for the Rochester Community Sports Complex Stadium, which has experienced ongoing water infiltration affecting all stadium suites, pantry, press box, and restrooms since 2016. The scope includes investigations, design, bid, award, and construction administ ration services to locate all potential sources of water infiltration in the suites and surrounding stadium. Services are to be provided for all phases, including survey, scoping, design, bidding, award, and construction oversight for mitigation of water infiltration and repair of finishes. Consultants interested in the project are expected to address all these phases in their proposals.
