Remodeling of a development in Clayton, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a 1,700-square-foot, one-story above grade development.

**As of November 21, 2025, not enough bids received for this project and the owner decided to cancel the project for good.** The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation is requesting written bids for all project management, superintendence, labor, machinery, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and appurtenances necessary for services related to heat/air upgrade and mini split installation at the Pushmataha Wildlife Management Area. Bidders are required to review and comply with the bid form, scope of work, registration requirements as a supplier to the State of Oklahoma, insurance requirements, and applicable federal purchasing requirements such as Build America Buy America. All work must comply with applicable codes, standards, ordinances, and laws. Bids may be submitted by mail, email, or hand delivery. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. General Project Overview: The proposed contract is for the replacement (upgrade) of the heat and air unit in the area residence (1700 sq ft) with a high energy efficient unit of at least 31/2 (propane heat) and install a mini split unit in the area office (400 sq ft), Both units must be a quality brand. The contractor will remove the old unit from area residence and install new unit replacing all necessary items or parts for unit upgrade. Unit must service a 1700 sq ft house (31/2 ton or bigger). Contractor will install a new mini spilt heat and air unit in area office at least 15000 BTU. C. Contractor will order, deliver, and install all the materials needed to complete job. D. All electrical work needed will be provided by contractor. E. Contractor will remove all unused materials and old heat/air unit from area. F. Timeline preferred completion date by December 29* 2025
