Renovation of an industrial development in Miami, Oklahoma. Working plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.
**As of November 6, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Proposals are requested for HVAC system and installation to service a new mechanics building. Bid envelopes must be clearly marked with "SEALED BID" along with the bidder's name and the appropriate solicitation number (RFP 25-69) shown on the front. All proposals received by the specified date and time will be opened by the Purchasing Agent. Small business and minority businesses are encouraged to bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids received after the designated opening time will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder. Scope of Work The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: A. HVAC System - Design and size an HVAC system appropriate for a 100 x 100 x 24 building. - Design and size an HVAC system appropriate for a 20 x 50 x 8 office area. - Provide all required equipment, ductwork, controls, thermostats, and accessories. - Ensure system meets all applicable codes, energy efficiency standards, and local regulations. - Provide air distribution layout to ensure proper airflow and temperature balance. - Include installation, start-up, and testing of the system.
