Site work for a water / sewer project in Miami, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are being received for the construction of the Water Line Loop Project. All work performed and construction materials used and furnished must be in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by LeBlanc Engineering, LLC. All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check on a solvent bank located in Oklahoma, or a Bidder’s Bond, in the amount of five percent of the amount bid, as a guarantee of the bidder’s ability to perform the contract, and that the bidder will enter into a written contract with the Owner to perform the work and/or furnish materials in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, and furnish the required bonds as specified. Construction, Maintenance, and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price are required, and must be obtained from a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the Owner and Consulting Engineer. The Maintenance Bond must guarantee the repair of all damage due to improper materials or workmanship for one year after acceptance of the work. Each bid must include a sworn statement in writing that the bidder has not entered into an agreement with any other bidder regarding price or amount of the bid. Bidders must comply with the President’s Executive Order No. 11246, as amended, and with the Environmental Protection Agency’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Requirements adopted for the OWRB ARPA program, which include employing six good faith efforts and soliciting disadvantaged business enterprises. System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all applicants and awardees. The contract is to be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to correct non-material clerical errors and to reject any and all bids. Conditional bids shall not be accepted.
